ChemSketch

In your reports/theses etc, it would be desirable to include chemical structures drawn from a molecular drawing package rather than inserting images from the web (which will lead to inconsistent styles or you not being able to draw what you want). A free and convenient package is 'ChemSketch', although there are a few others.
